So let me get this straight…for Rs. 9.5 Crore, you’re selling a 500 sq. yards 5 bedroom villa which has:
1) No garden/outside space
2) No servant room
3) No walk in closet in any bedroom
4) No vanities in any washroom
5) No plumbing in basement area (it requires additional cost to be borne by the buyer)
6) Not even a decent paint job or wallpapers inside the house

Nothing is wrong with them. They are making profits using there brand name. Something is wrong with the people who’ll buy this villa ?
Absolutely Zero marks for the design! even a high school student could’ve designed it better. Moreover, they have employed shameless people with no atticates, respect or courtesy for its customers, I have had a hands on experience with them. Additionally, the Villa shown is highly overpriced not worth wasting your hard earned money.
What a foolish design. If a person buys 10 crore property atleast it should have walkin closets. The parking is uncovered. Theres lack of privacy with the adjoining villa very mediocre design for an 8000 sq ft apartment

They sell on highest over price then maintainance charges so high it’s like paying rent for house you purchase simple design high cost looting people

I can’t see these having good residual values as people in India start getting attracted to a good quality of life.

@Shivaya It’s a western concept. Normally a single sink would cause friction at times between the couple so they have nothing to complain about. She can put her make up and he can put his colognes etc.
