Please take the furniture with you !
Yes I think they must have been a little old Italian couple 🙂
Just throw it off the cliff.
Half of the time is close ups of previous owners belongings.
These houses that are located on cliffs near the sea look great
That looks like a DIY project from the 60’s.
Bien située mais à l’interieur rien d’exceptionnel selon moi
Merci pour cette vidéo
#AMAZING!
Questa casa racchiude tutto ciò che desidero nella vita,,,giardino, vista ,scogliera, scalinata per poi tuffarsi in mare,,,poi rientri in una casa fresca e ventilata e ti godi il tuo bel verde. ❤️❤️❤️❤️????????
Great view and small windows. Not a marriage made in heaven. Some renovation works needed here!
Packing my bags now 🙂
What is the coastal corrosion rate ?
Not as rapid as your IQ !!! did you have a decent look at the solid rock cliffs? get close to the edge really close and take a good look…..by the way you, you mean erosion not corrosion!

Lindíssima, mas na beira de um penhasco, que perigo! ?
Bellissimo!

BEAUTIFUL
The location is fabulous; the house should be torn down and rebuilt. Looks like a hut.
La villa di fianco con piscina e giardino merita davvero

Super
I’m in the States, Texas to be exact. My fear of flying has kept me right here all my life. But how I long and dream of visiting Italy among other beautiful locations. So I come to the internet where I can go all over the world with no fears. I would absolutely LOVE to live in this home. I come here to see the beautiful scenery and lifestyles of other cultures. I also learning everything I can about the different cultures. I watch videos on cooking the meals of different places and then try my hand at making some of the delicious meals! Some have become our favorites! I was born in Africa to military parents, American bio father and a french woman. And here I sit in Texas. I can make some mean mexican food as well as Southern Comfort foods. I love looking into the real estate (such as this one) and hope that one day, THE home for me would “lure” me to travel abroad ~ until then, thank you for listing this beautiful home and showing me some beautiful scenery. I would love to have seen more of the inside of the home as well. Thanks again ~ 🙂
Travel the way our ancestors did… ocean liner. Check out the Queen Mary 2. That will get you to Europe. From there everything is connected by trains.
I’m sure you have thought about a cruise? (not exactly good timing to suggest this with COVID-19) at some stage? I hope you get to live your dream someday!
Did you try some kind therapy and the use of short, low altitude, flights? I hope you can overcome that fear 🙂
Price?

Those huge sea caves directly beneath the building would make me feel a bit nervous about living here -could cave in one day especially with earthquakes which Italy is prone to!
@Kalo Arepo not possible. maybe it shook a little because the earthquake came from the south. for example, earlier this year we thought there was an earthquake here in Emilia-Romagna. turns out it was in Albany. you can look at a seismic map, there’s pretty much no risk in this area.
@pinnxck Actually I was born in Italy in the province of Treviso and have immersed myself in the history and culture of my country of origin -I know that serious earthquakes happen all over and not just in the centre and south -e.g. the great Friuli quake which destroyed towns like Gemona not to mention parts of Liguria where you can find ruined towns .The small town where I was born was hit by a huge quake in the 1600’s.!
Earth quake don’t often in this side of Italy. They happen mainly below the center. And I know that because I live in Emilia-Romagna, which is right above Tuscany. So please don’t try to speak facts about a foreign country when you barely know anything about. It’s embarrassing for you.
