Nice house although very expensive compared with the one you showed us, in Nueva Andalucia at the golfcourse. I prefer a single presenter rather than having 2 people, its a bit confusing, but I like that you are trying to find the right setup for the videos.

One bad selling point is it is right next to the road, for €10m it should be well away from the road. The wealthy want peace and quiet. Hearing traffic go past is unwelcome.

Yes it looks like a busy road and looks like you got plenty of neighbors. Houses around the place look old. Greedy sellers and lying real estate agents.
