The Villa in this video is very special. It's a 6 bedroom Mediterranean styled luxury mansion and even though it is brand new the place has so much character!
My favorite part of this luxury mansion has to be the basement wich has a gym, Spa and home theatre…

Very nice house I’m fitting a parquet floor at my house so I loved seeing that. I only with that pool tile wasn’t out of place but I’m sure that won’t stop anyone buying it ha

Do you know the company that did the fill out for this Villa? I know Dubai Hills Estates have a design firm on site, however some people may choose independent contractors. I would love to know the company responsible for the beautiful fill out of this villa. All the materials are exquisite!
Hi Stephanie, I don’t unfortunately. This was a show villa that Emaar completed. The rest of the mansions on this area come as shell and core. Take a look at Blush Interiors they do incredible work here based out of London. I’m sure you will like their work if you like this villa

Nice house. A little overpriced. Color combination is nice. Long curtains matched with the couches. I haven’t seen this big Refrigerator anywhere. Looks like Dubai people eat a lot. lol. Covered path extension from house to the outside area always looks good. Needed a day bed there. Overall it’s a nice house. Needed more detailing to look like more than $100 mil house.
