So myself and Asad from so excited for you to see this Video.
In my opinion, it is by far the best Video I have done and a serious amount of time has been put into the editing and production.
I cant recommend Asad enough if you are looking to show of a luxury Dubai Real Estate Project! He can do it all!
Regarding this luxury 6 bedroom Hillside villa located right on the golf course, I hope you will be as impressed as I was. I still don't think the video quite does it justice but it should give you an idea of what to expect.
The best part for me is the fully soundproofed private cinema room in the basement.
But there are so many cool features from the lift, to the master suite and bathtub to the Bar and huge glass garage. It truly does show how the rich and famous could enjoy living in Dubai!

In the beginning of your video you have mentioned that the floor was made from imported stone from turkey. May I know which stone again? It looks really Really amazing!!

Lovely video, charming agent, I would have liked more B-roll illustrating the points the agent was bringing up, and the tour to be slower, it was not necessary to speed up his walking or the footage. Beautiful property though, great to see.

Everything good but the kitchen. It’s small, depressing, low quality furniture and dark. This is the best villa i’ve seen with the best location and view.
Edit: also i like how it has a large garden with so much space to feel comfortable when in the pool or generally outside the house.

The fact that the kitchen had everything installed into closets isn’t really to my likings. But, oh boy.. this house is gorgeous! 2040 , I’m coming for it!!
